Delivery:
Frozen ramen is delivered every Monday and Wednesday evening, and Saturday morning. We will contact you a day prior to confirm an estimated delivery time.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as frozen goods cannot be left unattended for food safety reasons.
If you won’t be home, please leave an esky or insulated container with ice or ice packs at your front door. The product must be transferred to a freezer within two hours of delivery to maintain quality and safety.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Simply ring the doorbell upon arrival. We recommend bringing an esky or insulated bag to keep the product frozen during transport.
Note: Our ramen contains no preservatives. Prompt freezing is essential to ensure safety and optimal quality.
